July 10. Day 13 Walking.

7am wake-up. Restful sleep. A bug bite on my heel from a take-off-the-socks break yesterday is super itchy this morning, and swollen. Sore knees. Ooof. Let’s go! 7am wake-up. I am having disturbing dreams. They are often stressful. Some are about work (usually about not being heard or having absolutely no class management) and also odd encounters with people from my past. I wake up feeling unsettled.
